Jeffery was professional, kind and efficient as he helped my dad to his appointment. It was a very snowy day, and he navigated the weather with ease. Allegiance quickly answers their phone and can give updates about driver location and time of arrival. We called them after dad’s doctor’s appointment because we finished early, and the car was already waiting for us downstairs. I highly recommend Allegiance.

What is great service: on-time, courteous, respectful, pleasant, trust worthy, and very caring. I didn't realize nor taken the opportunity to recognize our positive experience for almost 6 years and will do so going forward. Yesterday we worked with Michelle (trip there) and Peter Donovan (trip back). We could not take care of my mom if we did not have this service!
