What is great service: on-time, courteous, respectful, pleasant, trust worthy, and very caring. I didn't realize nor taken the opportunity to recognize our positive experience for almost 6 years and will do so going forward. Yesterday we worked with Michelle (trip there) and Peter Donovan (trip back). We could not take care of my mom if we did not have this service!

Staff took care to drive as smooth as they could to minimize bumps when they knew someone had extreme back pain.

He was courteous and came on time and... read more he drove well (unlike other drivers I've read reviews from other transportation companies). The vehicle was very clean, apparently it was brand new (only few days old). I would very well use Allegiance again for his next transport, if needed. Also, Tina (whom I got the quote from) was also pleasant.
